Bought activation code but server is offline

The server acts as soft router and storage device. Already bought 12 device license with activation code. It's a upgrade from trial version. As I upgrade the server to 6.9.2, it needs activation and offline. I bought it through my phone. Now the dilemma is how do I activate offline. The suggested activation instruction assumes that it's online.

 

I have a spare router can link to internet and can link to the server.

    problem resolved by setting the network from static ip address to dynamic.
