Need help getting MS-SQL-Server docker working right

Hey everyone

 

So I thought I had this set up right, but for some reason I can not log into the SQL Server at all. Not sure if I am doing something wrong, or if something is not running right.  Here are my docker settings:

Am I missing a step somewhere?  Any help would be most helpful
