Nextcloud and Swag not working on a specific ISP

I have followed 2 of SpaceivanderOne videos as shown in the two links below:

 

 

 

The issue: In my country there are two main ISPs, Claro and Tigo, for some reason for Tigo that is the same ISP I have the reverse proxy works fine, but for Claro, it shows a message "This site can't be reached" I am almost certain that this issue is because of the ports opened in my router, at this point I have 443, 444 and 80 since those are the ones used by SpaceInvader.

 

Do you think is a problem with that? What you recommend in this case?
