Solution Frank1940 Posted May 3, 2022 Solution Share Posted May 3, 2022 It looks to me that your Unraid boot drive has been 'lost' during the boot process. This problem has occurred in the past when the Unraid boot drive is plugged into a USB3 port. Try plugging the Unraid boot drive into a USB2 port. If that does not work, post back with a complete description of your server hardware. Quote Link to comment

Squid
Well, what do you expect when you pull out the flash drive in the middle of booting? The flash drive has to remain connected at all times. How is that an issue preventing you from using the OS? Quote Link to comment
AndrewZ
Just to double check, is the label of the flash drive UNRAID (all caps) You can easily check this on another system Also, the flash drive is a 64G flash drive. Did you use the Unraid USB creator to make this or the manual method? On the manual method you have to have the drive formatted as FAT32 (which isn't an option for anything >32G and you use something like Rufus to do this) Quote Link to comment
