Docker tab shows loading animation but will not load. Unable to reinstall Community Applications due to Network failure.

I have attached the Diagnostics

I performed an update of my docker containers due to my plex media center not allowing for any library to load.

I have always been able to access this system and it has been up for 140 days before I performed a restart.

- I have stopped and restarted Docker

- I have set DNS to standard DNS Servers 208.67.222.222, 8.8.8.8, 1.1.1.1

- I am unable to reinstall community apps it has a network failure upon attempting to reinstall.

- I have increased the Docker storage size 

- I can access majority of my Docker containers locally from shortcuts I have established on my Jumpbox but nothing is accessible remotely.
