Help! Lost my Unraid setup config

Did a new config to lower the amount of cache pool and lost my whole Unraid config. Can't find my flashbackup!!
Is there anything i can do to save this?

    You kmay also find this item from the online documentations accessible via the ‘Manual’ link at the bottom of the GUI to be of use?

    Hi my fellow hoarders, i managed to fix it.
    I mounted all disks even the paritydisks and saw which they were and added them to parity again.
    I am so happy.
