NVS 295 Passthrough to Windows 10?

I'm trying to get this card passed through to a Windows 10 VM but I keep getting a Code 43.

 

I have VNC enabled as the primary monitor and the NVS 295 is bound as it's selectable from the dropdown in the VM setup.

 

I've tried adding the VBIOS from TechPowerUp to no avail as well.

 

I had it "working" with a 1050 Ti, however, a reboot/shutdown caused the entire UnRAID server to lock up 99% of the time and I'm tired of having to hard boot the server just to apply Windows updates to the VM so I wanted to try another video card.
