Changed ISP/Public IP and now ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

I recently switched to a different ISP and now my Nextcloud is not accessible through it's public domain. The switch was made over 7 hours ago.

 

I updated the IP manually in duckdns and restarted the swag, nextcloud, and mariadb docker containers. My port forwarding rules on my router did not change and I just double checked them.


Anyone have any idea how I can fix this?
