[SOLVED] 6.9.2 - Screen connected to iGPU displays login screen after boot process, but unable to wake after it's gone into standby

Featured Replies

Hi all,

So I recently moved my unraid to new hardware, one of the things I changed to was an i3-12100 so that I can use iGPU for unraid itself and connect a screen to the VGA output so that I can log into the terminal if needed.

This has worked and upon booting up the server, it went through the loading process and ended up on the log in screen.

However the output has gone to sleep due to inactivity and I am unable to wake it by pressing any of the keys on the keyboard etc, is there a way this can be done via the unraid UI ?

Thanks

Nope, it should wake up after pressing any key, you can disable console blanking by adding

setterm -blank 0

to /boot/config/go and rebooting.
