Read only USB?

Hello,

I have been getting some interesting errors the past few days. It started happening when I was updating my dockers, of the five, one failed and disappeared from the system. I was how ever able to reinstall it, though it did have an error 

 

since then I have been able get things back up and running, but the unraid dashboard keeps flashing 'starting services' 

I have also seen this in my logs 'emhttpd: error: put_config_idx, 598: Read-only file system (30): fopen: /boot/config/shares/'

 

After some googling, it would appear that my usb might be in read only mode... given that it's over 10 years old... a replacement might be in the cards. I made a backup of the usb and did a reboot with the USB in a different slot... still fails...

 

Just to make sure that I am not crazy I have attached my Diags

 

Thoughts?

    Start by run chkdsk /f on it.
