Is there a way to rollback 6.10rc8 to 6.9.2?

I'm having all sorts of issues. System is slow, dockers not responding well, my windows 11 desktop shared networks show empty files for everything. Is there a way to roll back to 6.9.2 without losing all my docker settings? My only option in Unraid currently is 6.10rc7.

    You can download v6.9.2 and replace all the bz* files on the flash, then reboot.

    In addition to bz*, you should also downgrade the changes.txt file
