May 15, 20224 yr About 52 hours for me, but I wasn't quite getting full speed out of it, note it also took about 82 hours when done through an external enclosure Once you finish step 1, the overall preclear time is approx. 3 times that (steps 1,2,5 all take about the same time).
May 21, 20224 yr Author Thanks for the replies. I was around those times. I never dealt with the larger drives yet, so I was just getting nervous.
March 4, 20233 yr Yeah, that seems about right. I never had to clear a drive that large, but the 183 MB/s seems to be a very good average speed.
