May 15, 20224 yr Hello to everyone, I have searched around and either could not find the answer or am having trouble understanding how to fix my problem. I purchased an Unraid Pro key back in 2018. In 2020 I lost my server room due to a fire and did not get around to building a new one until recently. I now have my Server up and running with a new USB( of course) for unraid and only 8 drives starting out. My problem is that my trail just expired but I can not figure out how to use my key that I bought back in 2018. I still have the original email sent from 2018. Any and all help is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Matt
May 15, 20224 yr Community Expert If that email had an attached .key file then save that into the ‘config’ folder on the flash drive and reboot.
May 15, 20224 yr Is there a link to download the key file ? If you have nothing of the sort, you should contact Lime Technology with as much information as possible on your purchase. Ideally from the email used then. https://unraid.net/contact
