help i just bought a key for server and it doesnt work

i had a tech over redoing network, everything got new ips and voided the trial, i purchased a new key and and tried to install to use but its saying its invalid. cant get support anywhere. should i chargeback and try again sense unraid wont reply?

Hello.
Did you receive a license key file via email? Copy/pasting that into Tools-> Registration -> Install Key field should have you back up and running. Otherwise, have you contacted us via Unraid.net/contact?
