May 17, 20224 yr Community Expert You are likely to get better informed feedback if you post your system’s diagnostics zip file. sounds as if there is file system corruption somewhere that is stopping mover from working. The diagnostics would allow us to see if this is the case.
May 17, 20224 yr Community Expert Cache filesystem crashed during the balance because it ran out of space, problem is that now it's read only so you cant delete anything, reboot and post new diags but you'll likely will need to mount manually with the skip_balance option or it will probably go read only again, alternatively and if you have backups just re-format the pool.
May 17, 20224 yr Community Expert Forgot to mention, keep in mind that a 500GB + 1TB pool in RAID1 will have 500GB usable.
