Straight after updating to 6.10.0 my Win10 vm started fine. I then turned off the VM manager, after shutting down the vm, to update the virtIO ISO. After re-enabling the VM manager, it will now not start up.

I have tried taking the virtIO ISO back to the previously working version to see if that would do anything, not that I expected it to.

Server Diagnostics attached. Main culprit, afaik, quoted above.

May 18 10:18:12 SW-URSVR root: '/mnt/user/system/libvirt/libvirt.img' is in-use, cannot mount

Rebooting should fix it.

After 2 reboots, the libVirt service managed to start. Thanks for taking a look.
