Feedback for old pc as NAS

Hello,
 

I am thinking of turning my previous PC into a NAS server with unraid (basic). I would like some feedback on wether the specs will be ok for it, if I should be concerned about anything. My purpose for the NAS is: 

1. Store all my media files and docs
2. Stream movies/tv series/music to devices around the house via wifi
3. Downloading (legal) torrents straight to it and maybe upload a bit

 

Specs: google sheet

The Server will be connected straight to my Modem via 15-20 meter ethernet cable (cat 6-7) and it will be ON 24/7.

PS My budget is low T_T
