May 22, 20224 yr Hello all, I have created a second cache pool in Unraid for my VMs, originally with only one SSD. Now I am running out of memory here and wanted to increase the memory by double (from 2TB to 4TB). For this I increased the slots from 1 to 2 and added the new SSD. Now I have the problem that I am shown here that I am using 4TB, but I do not have more storage space available. With a little research I came across the following tutorial: https://wiki.unraid.net/Manual/Storage_Management#Adding_disks_to_a_pool and https://wiki.unraid.net/Manual/Storage_Management#Pool_Modes Unfortunately I don't get my desired result (VM Pool should have 4TB storage) and I don't get any further here Does anyone have an idea what I did wrong or how I reach my goal?

You click on the pool on the Main tab; scroll down to the Balance section; select the Single option from the dropdown and then start the Balance as described here in the online documentations accessible via the ‘Manual’ link at the bottom of the GUI.

It can be that easy, that helped. Thank you very much!
