Unraid WebGUI unresponsive (500 error) - also unable to SSH now

Featured Replies

I've attached diagnostics on the server.

Yesterday someone told me my plex was not working. Attempted to go to GUI and got  500 error. I was able to SSH in and was trying to do a powerdown. I've also tried hitting the power button on the server to do a clean shutdown. Doesn't want to turn off.

I looked at logs and saw errors around the gpustats plugin, so I found the ssh command to uninstall that and I did it. It didn't stop the 500 errors on the webUI.

I then started trying to turn off docker containers. Turned off 3, then when trying to turn off the plex one it hung forever and wouldn't do anything. I closed that console window and when I try to SSH back in now, it just hangs again once I enter the password forever.

Is there anything else I should try at this point or just a hard shut down?

Thank you

Log shows some OOM and ATA issues, but mainly Nvidia related errors, and those appear to be the main issue since after the last of those you get this:

May 24 04:11:56 Tower kernel: Fixing recursive fault but reboot is needed!

And right after that nginx also stopped working.
