Execution error: unsupported configuration: VNC password is 16 characters long, only 8 permitted

Hi!

I have Unraid 6.10.0 rc7 - restarted the machine by a hardware on off because the Unraid UI stopped responding after me trying to access a VM via VNC and I tried to paste a password but I wasn't able to login and then Unraid UI stopped working. But the system was still running. I restarted by pressing on off. Unraid started fine, docker started fine, but when I am trying to start the VM:s I am getting the error;

Execution error

unsupported configuration: VNC password is 16 characters long, only 8 permitted

Update Unraid to stable?

Regardless of whether it's fixed or not, you should update regardless.  If the issue still persists, then a bug report can be posted.

Hi again

We are running Unraid 6 stable and are sometimes experiencing Unraid to be very very slow in responding in the GUI but VMs and Dockers are still running. And this starts when we are accessing VMs via web VNC. And we need to reboot.

Best!
