T310 Dell Server not being able to boot unraid from usb

I am having an issue being able to boot from the usb drive on the front port or the back ports. From what I have done so far I have configured the boot process to have the usb as the first item being booted and also a BIOS boot. I tried uief boot but that didn’t work. 
 

could anyone help me on this?
