Transmission / radarr paths

Featured Replies

Hello everyone one,
After spending too much time trying to get transmission to work in a docker (problem was i had no access to the ui) I decided to run it off a VM. Got it working and downloading fine.

Having Radarr/Sonarr/Lidarr running in containers, the problem I have is that the *ARR cant move the downloaded files to the media library.

The directory setup :

 - *ARR are running via docker and the media library is passed via docker (/mnt/user0/media/Movies ==> /Movies & /mnt/user0/media/download/ ==> /downloads)

- Transmission runs inside a VM (10.10.10.11) with the share (/mnt/user0/media/download) mounted on it as /mnt/downloads

- I have a port mapping set in radarr as following

After succesfully sending downloads to transmission I can't get radarr (or any of the *ARR) to move the files to their final destination.

The error I get is Couldn't import movie /downloads/movie.mkv: Access to the path '/downloadsmovie.mkv' is denied.

I'm lost with the permissions I should set to the /mnt/downloads inside my vm in order to get radarr to be able to access the file.

Any help would be very welcome and sorry in advance for the long post.
