Boot Hangs: ehci-pci irq 16

Hello, 

 

When booting, everything goes through the system hardware setup. When Unraid begins, it gets stuck at ehci-pci: ehci pci platform driver (screenshot below).

I tried to use GUI Safe Mode (no plugins) and it doesn't hang. I grabbed the diagnostics and have included them here as well.

 

I found this post: 

 And ran the suggested 

lsusb -t

which gave me an output of USB ports which is below:

So I'm under the impression that it is a USB issue. However I'm not sure how to isolate which one and how to fix the issue.
