How to add a shucked HDD without needing to copy contents into array and how to mount entire HDD to Windows VM ?

I am planning to shuck my current ext hdd and install them into my unriad server. I dont want to copy the contents from these hdd onto another and add these hdd to unraid. is it possible to add the hdd with contents onto unraid ?

 

Next question is how do i mount the entire hdd to shows as drives on windows vm ?

No. You will have to either add the data to the array by copying it and then add the drive to the array or run the drive as an unassigned device, which of course means it has no parity protection.
