Manually moving files from cache drive to share super slow (under 1MB/s)

I'm trying to manually move files from my cache folder to a user share and it's incredibly slow. I'm getting 1MB/S if I'm lucky, and most of the time in the KB/S range. It was never like this before, and I'm not sure what may have changed. I'm running unraid 4.7 and the only things I have installed is SabnZB, Sickbeard and Unmenu
