UNRAID and Sync between 2 Locations ( High Latency ) and open File lock ?

Good morning, i am looking for a NAS what support file sync between 2 Locations in realtime, i dont have any experience with UNRAID so i ask if UNRAiD cn do it.

Another very important Question is, if UNRAID Support the Lock of open files, the reason is we must replicate files between 2 locations with a high latency and we must be sure that when a user in location A work on a File, a user in location B cant open and change the file.
