Disk failed on two SATA cables, but SMART data says it's healthy

Got an error yesterday so I tried a different SATA cable (from the same SCSI splitter though, I swapped Disk 1 and 2's cables).

Plugged it in and it seemed to be okay again so I started rebuilding the data. Got back from work and the same drive has failed again.

SMART report doesn't seem to say anything, but I've never really read one before so I don't know what to look for:

Is the drive dead? Or is there anything else I can try?
