All drives connected to SAS9201 missing

Featured Replies

I have had a SAS9201 card with drives plugged into it for the past year or so now. About a month ago, my server rebooted with all of the drives connected to card missing. I have tried new cables and replacing the card but still nothing. I have confirmed that the drives work when plugged into a sata port on the mobo.

Could somebody help me with this?

There is this card in your diagnostics

0a:00.0 Serial Attached SCSI controller [0107]: Broadcom / LSI SAS2116 PCI-Express Fusion-MPT SAS-2 [Meteor] [1000:0064] (rev 02)
	Subsystem: Broadcom / LSI 9201-16e 6Gb/s SAS/SATA PCIe x8 External HBA [1000:30d0]

Is that it or is there supposed to be another?

Do you have another card slot you can try?

I did try other card slots that I know for sure work but that didn't fix the issue either.
