Homebridge Not Working With Nighthawk AX5400

When I was using my old Google WiFi router, I had no issues connecting accessories to Homebridge and having them be responsive in the Home app. After switching to the Nighthawk AX5400 router, I am unable to connect new accessories or access existing ones.

 

I have tried removing all cached accessories, deleting the Homebridge container and /appdata, and many other tweaks, with no luck.

The only thing I have found that works is turning on the WiFi feature on my modem and connecting all of my devices and hub to that WiFi network. This is not ideal for my setup. I would like to use the Nighthawk WiFi network instead.

 

Any ideas on where I can make tweaks to make this work? Has anyone had a similar issue?
