Browsing the web portal returns nothing. I have no issue pinging the IP and I can see the box on the router at the right IP.

What do I need to provide to troubleshoot? It has been bulletproof for many years. AMAZING software!

Jonathan P from WAY WAY BACK in the beginning days of Unraid?? :)
re: Jumbo Frames: Probably not, since I am not familiar with it?

Different Jonathan. still from way back though.

Do you have access to the local console? Typing diagnostics at the command line will put a zip file on the flash drive.

tried deleting the SSL folder contents no dice on providing access to the WebGUI

after deleting the certs, reboot or (if this is 6.10.3) type:

  use_ssl no

That will reconfigure the system to use http without certs. Then you should be able to access via:

  http://ipaddress

No issues on the server, turns out there was an issue of some sort on the client computer, just had to reboot the client and everything started working as expected.
