Disks will not spin down manually or automatically

Hey there, newer UNRAID user, learning a lot. I have a setup with 8 disks on a Dell R430. The disks are 1TB SAS. When I click to spin down a disk, it shows the green in progress circle for a brief moment and then back to a solid green circle. I've seen a lot of threads on this topic, but I have not seen one that is applicable to my situation or version. Any thoughts?

Have you loaded the SAS Spindown plugin?
