/var/log is getting full

The logs in your diagnostics aren't large.

 

What do you get from the command line with this?

du -h -d 1 /var/log

You are definitely having some issue there:

Please make sure that you are on the latest BIOS version and maybe try to enable Resizable BAR support and Above 4G Decoding in your BIOS.
