I keep getting SMART errors on my new server..   Are they cause for concern or is it the way Unraid reports Seagate Smart as seen in other posts.

Usually they are a case for concern, run an extended SMART test.

Yep, sorry, like you didn't mention running a test I didn't check, if a SMART test fails disk need to be replaced.
