Thanks for the link, done that and everything seems to have come back-up ok! Fingers crossed that's it for now! I'm suspisious that the Windows 11 VM is possibly causing this because it's the only thing I can think of that I've run just before one of these events happens and I don't use it very often! I also installed USB Manager last week hoping that would help, but it seems not. I think its a problem with USB somehow though, I have a Coral TPU, could that be overloading the USB bus? Although its been there a couple of years now!

Switching to ipvlan should fix the problem (Settings -> Docker Settings -> Docker custom network type -> ipvlan (advanced view must be enable, top right))
