A driver that old is not in the list at Settings -> Nvidia Driver.

Is there an easy way to install an older v470 driver directly through the terminal window?

Yes, by upgrading to the latest Unraid version, after that the plugin page will display the latest available v470.x.x driver.

 

Also please use the support thread for the plugin as @JorgeB already pointed out.
