I got the same error but only for Plex. my other docker works fine.

It happend after I install swag and move all network type of my container to a custom one.

 

EDIT : editing the webUI by the IP and port hardcoded does not work. I got a ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

6.12.13 Im having this issue with my plex container.(which is set to the bridge network) My other containers are set to my VPN network, and from them I get timeout on webui.

So did anyone got the fix? The problem is unraid that block it. It's not a popup blocker, the link when I over clearly already send me to that block, and only for some docker. The problem is the link was blocked one time with the popup warning me that I'm opening a link to an external website. And if you don't agree, you're screwed. How do I remove the blockage?
