July 4, 20224 yr I'm sure I'm just doing something stupid here, but could really use some help. Maybe i'm just not understanding the FAQ that ive seen posted, but I think (maybe wrongly) that I've got my folder mapping setup correctly. But still get the error: "No files found are eligible for import in data/complete/example.mkv" My mappings are: Sonarr: /Media -> /mnt/user/Media/ /config -> /mnt/user/appdata/sonarr SABnzbd: /data -> /mnt/user/Media /config -> /mnt/user/appdata/binhex-sabnzbd Internally ive got: Sonarr, under Media Management - root folder path: /Media/media/TV Shows Sab, under Folders - Temp folder: /data/Incomplete and completed folder: /data/Complete can someone point out where i've gone wrong? All the guides talk about mapping Downloads? but i dont have that option? any help would be great! thanks. Sam
July 4, 20224 yr Community Expert Sab tells Sonarr the files are ready in /data/Complete, Sonarr looks in /data/Complete, which is a folder it doesn't know anything about. Simple as that
July 4, 20224 yr Author Thanks I appreciate your help! I'm quite new to unraid and dockers so please excuse my ignorance. But I still don't understand why it doesn't work. Where should I change my mappings?

Sorry I'm such a novice at this. I feel like this must be so obvious. But the /media and /data lines are present in the configurations of the docker? How do I change that?
July 5, 20224 yr Author I figured it out finally! I went into edit and was able to change the /media for the path in there! I knew I'd feel stupid when I found out the answer! thanks everyone for the help! Very appreciated!
