Kernel Panic 2 days in a row

Featured Replies

Hi there. I'm running on Unraid version 6.9.2. The last two days I've run into Kernel Panics twice in a row.

Any help would be appreciated.

Environment:

HP Mini Server from 2021.

Whole house power conditioning.

Battery Backup unit connected and working. (Relay type)

4 1TB SATA spin drives total. One acting as parity.

No caching disk.

In a climate controlled (60-80 degrees) room freestanding on a desk.

History:

System has been running without interruption since August, 2021, aside from the occasional power outage that lasts more than 1 hour, in which case, it shuts itself down until manually turned back on.

This past Sunday the server was found to be in kernel panic (displayed on connected monitor)

After hard restart, server came back up, finished parity check, and continued working for sometime between 12 and 24 hours.

Last check in from server was around 17:20 EST.

Onsite tech reported seeing Kernel Panic on the monitor and hard rebooted the server again. (No photo taken)

T-Shooting steps taken.

   Reboot

Download of support diagnostics from server

Attached is the syslog after a crash.

Macvlan call traces are usually the result of having dockers with a custom IP address, upgrading to v6.10 and switching to ipvlan should fix it (Settings -> Docker Settings -> Docker custom network type -> ipvlan (advanced view must be enable, top right)), or see below for more info.

Okay. Updating the OS and reading through the provided links. Will update here to close ticket or continue if not resolved.
