July 5, 20224 yr Everything has been working perfectly for several months until last night when suddenly my mouse stopped responding while I was using windows 10 VM with video, keyboard, mouse pass-through. I first rebooted the VM which did not resolve the problem with the mouse. I then rebooted the entire unRaid server. When I attempted to start the windows VM I got the error: did not find USB device. I now get the same error with a Windows 11 VM with hardware through. See attached diagnostics what further troubleshooting suggestions can I use to isolate the problem? July 6, 20224 yr Community Expert Solution There is no device in your lsusb that matches, so looks like the mouse has failed. If you uncheck in VM it should allow it to start.
