July 11, 20223 yr Hi New to unraid, but built a small music server and was working fine, now I'm getting the following message webUI refused to connect . . . I can see my shares in file explorer and thats about it. Reinstalled the docker, disabled antivirus on my windows pc that im connecting through, also unable to run open plex docker through my phone . . . Any common workarounds. July 12, 20223 yr Community Expert The title mentions that you cannot connect to the Plex GUI, or do you mean the Unraid GUI?
July 12, 20223 yr Community Expert Check that your ports are not duplicated... Did you by any chance chage Plex's port from 32400 to maybe 80? so you would not have to use the port?
