Logs are getting spammed with this over and over

Not exactly sure what this is saying or what the issue is. 

 

If I try to download diagnostics it hangs and never downloads.

 

Anyone have any idea?

 

 

It's caused by an update to the UD Preclear plugin.  Update to the latest UD Preclear and then reboot.  It will clear up the issue.
