10GB NIC still not working

My 10GB NIC has been down since patch 6.10.2 I just did the new OS update and it did not work. I'm running a Rosewill RC-NIC412v2 card. Here's the link to my previous thread: 

 

Unfortunately the vendor for this controller went out of business in 2020, but there is an open pull request which claims to fix the build problems on kernel 5.15+ - any possibility this could be tested for next unraid release?
