System continues to work but GUI completely freezes - Updated Motherboard

I recently changed my system from an Intel I7-6700K on a Gigabyte GA-Z170X Gaming 7 to Ryzen 2700X on Asus Rog Crosshair Hero VII.  System seems to be working fine. Dockers load up, VMs load up. But whenever I try to modify a setting, ie NVIDIA GPU the GUI freezes. Everything else seems to continue to work.

 

I  can even SSH to the box no problem. 

 

I have done a reset of the BIOS to return to default and this did not resolve issues. Even changing the setting in the bios to “Typical Idle Power”.

 

Hoping the Diag file will reveal the issue.
