Unable to Download Diagnostic

Featured Replies

I have another ticket open :

But I'm unable to download diagnostics.

Any way to force the issue so I can submit the diag?

Thanks.

Try booting in safe mode.

That worked. TY

Might anyone know of an alternate solution so the server won't have to go offline to fix this?

I cannot download diagnostics either. I am running a VM and I think Plex works, but the Main page doesn't display anything. The Dashboard displays infinite/null information. 499767498_Screenshot2022-08-17171716.thumb.png.6818866b3c27beef0a4cf4ff560d7282.png1226337311_Screenshot2022-08-17171445.thumb.png.b1d6963f5b96a88816e767f1dae200cf.png

There diagnostics should complete.  Look on the flash drive in the /logs folder

But, you probably anecdotally have a browser tab open on a mobile android device that you've completely forgotten about that is causing these issues.  Close all tabs on all devices

It looks like you’re correct. They didn’t download from my browser but they did go to the flash. Thank you 🙏🏼

I'm guessing you have the UD Preclear plugin installed? see https://forums.unraid.net/topic/112073-my-servers-releases/#comment-1154449

I believe this may have been the issue. Thank you for chiming in! Simple restart did the trick 🔌
