v10.6.3 - Terminal window not closing after "exit"

Featured Replies

Just (maybe) a cosmetic issue... but when i type "exit" at the terminal window, it did not close anymore like on 6.9.2.

Is this by design or a bug?

I have to type it several times on occasion too so that it stays closed.

Probably some kind of bug. :/

Yep because the exit-command is stored in the cache - so <ARROW-UP> + <ENTER> and done (Linux commandline) - its faster 👍😉

I wasn't asking about which way you prefer.

Will it cause any problem if you just close the window

No, you are missing my point. I want to know the answer to my question. I am asking the question for myself.
