从6.9.2升级6.10.3后，所有插件都变为不可用状态

6.8.2--6.9.2稳定运行两年多，装了一些插件，可以正常使用和升级。

前天在线升级到6.10.3后，几乎所有插件都变为不可用状态，查询插件升级也没有新版本可升级。

请问这种情况该怎么解决？
