How to swap nvme disk drive and ssd

I just setup unraid for the first time on a small home lab rig. I installed an nvme drive as disk 1 and another ssd drive as disk 2. I would like to copy disk 1 to disk 2 so I can make the nvme drive setup to be a cache drive.

 

I have a few docker containers that I've setup that are stored on disk 1.


Could I just copy the contents of disk 1 through the terminal to disk 2 and swap the disk locations?
