July 25, 20223 yr I have a Dell R620 running the latest BIOS and the H710P I flashed to IT Mode using this guide. I have SATA drives working via the backplane without issues, but I am not able to get some HGST HUC109090CSS600 drives to show up at all. I am also not able to boot into the H710p card, it does not show up during the boot list for me to press ctrl+c on. I did try the drives in a second Dell system with a PERC H700 running the original firmware without issues. At this point I am lost and not having much luck finding any details on why the HGST drives are not working with the IT mode card.
