Hello, 
I have been trying to fix this issue for a bit now, I am using the Supermicro MBD-H11DSI-NT-B Motherboard, and when I create a 1440 machine, it gives me the Unable to power on device error, but when using Q35 it doesn't have that issue at all but won't reset the GPU after stopping the VM. 
Please, 
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
