July 27, 20223 yr Hey all. Tried to Pass through gfx card for VM but haven't been able to boot in legacy from bios. Made the unraid image from the creator as uefi if I recall. Tried unticking the box "allow uefi" and rebootet. Now I can choose the image from uefi boot menu, but it won't boot. Just keeps coming back to uefi over again. Mobo is an asus tuf gaming b560m.  Dunno how to choose legacy boot at all eitherÂ

If you unticked "allow UEFI" boot it won't boot UEFI, you can just rename EFI- to EFI.  6 minutes ago, Tyk said: Mobo is an asus tuf gaming b560m. Those boards won't boot CSM with the iGPU as the main GPU.

So rename on file browser on pc? Will try that.  Ok, thx. I have a dummy hdmi plug for the gfx card. Any way to disable the iGPU as main or use the nvidia instead? Or other options?Â

Thanks for the quick reply. Got it going again.  Well, a lot of effort for no use it seems, if I can't pass-through the nvidia 😛
